Appetizer Station Menus

Everyone enjoys the opportunity to mingle and visit other guests during an event, which is why Germantown Cricket Club has an assortment of menus available for appetizer stations. Fun and interactive, our appetizer station menus are favorites for larger events like wedding receptions, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs and similar occasions. Dim Sum
Selection of 3 Dim Sum.  Mini Vegetable Spring Rolls, Dumplings, Shu Mai or Wontons Available in Beef, Chicken, Pork or Shrimp.  Served with Thai Sweet Chili Sauce and Teriyaki.
Mediterranean
Hummus, Baba Ganoush, Herb Grilled Vegetables, Marinated Roasted Peppers, Assorted Olives, Flatbreads and Pita Chips.
Italian Market
Assorted Italian Meats and Cheeses, Marinated Artichoke Hearts and Roasted Peppers, HerbI Olive Oil, Crostini and  Breadsticks
Stir Fry
Chicken breast, beef and shrimp with assorted Asian vegetables including Chinese long beans, baby bok choy, napa cabbage, snow peas, red peppers, baby corn, straw mushrooms and water chestnuts with our house stir-fry sauce. Served with steamed jasmine rice. Presented in Chinese take-away boxes with chopsticks and fortune cookies.
Pasta
Cheese tortellini, orchiette pasta and mini-spinach ravioli offered with Alfredo and marinara sauces. The following accompaniments are offered with your pasta; pesto, roasted red pepper, artichoke hearts, chicken, baby shrimp, olives, mushrooms, spinach and aged parmesan.  Served with assorted foccacia.
Taste of Asia
Selection of 3 dim sum.  Mini vegetable spring rolls, dumplings, shu mai or wontons available in beef, chicken, pork or shrimp.  Served with Thai sweet chili sauce and teriyaki. Also featuring Peking duck with steamed Chinese wrappers, Hoisin sauce and julienned scallion. Served with chopsticks and fortune cookies.
Carving Station
Your choice of carved to order meats from among the following:
– Herb roasted tenderloin of beef
– Classic roasted prime rib of beef
– Top round of beef
– Glazed cherrywood smoked ham
– Roasted all-natural turkey breast
– Herb roasted capon breast

All served with assorted Parker House rolls and appropriate accompaniments.

Philly Cheesesteak
Choice of shaved beef or chicken served with mini Italian rolls and Philadelphia “Cheese Wiz” with hot and sweet peppers and sautéed onions.
Smoked Fish
Traditional smoked salmon and whitefish salad served with assorted bagels, whipped plain and herb-garlic cream cheese, sliced tomatoes, chopped egg, red onion and capers.
Sushi
Beautiful array of assorted negiri sushi and sushi rolls featuring California roll, salmon roll, shrimp roll, tuna negiri and eel negiri. Served with pickled ginger, wasabi, soy sauce and chopsticks.
Fajitas
Choice of 2: steak, chicken or shrimp. Served with sauteed onions and peppers, soft tortillas, guacamole, sour cream, jack cheese, hot sauce, salsa, rice and beans.
Artisan Cheese & Charcuterie
Assortment of cured meats and artisanal cheeses served with French baguettes, flatbreads & assorted mustards.
Thai Satay
Shrimp, Beef and Chicken grilled with Thai peanut coconut sauce, sweet chili-garlic sauce.  Served with Asian rice noodle salad and lime.
Signature Germantown Crab Cakes
Our signature all jumbo lump crab cakes cooked to order.  Served with remoulade sauce, cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.
Chilled Seafood
Chilled jumbo shrimp, oysters on the half shell, clams on the half shell and citrus seafood shooters.  Served with cocktail sauce, mignonette, lemons and hot sauce.
Sliders
BBQ beef brisket on Parker House rolls, Carolina pulled pork with slaw on mini brioche rolls, “Reuben” sliders on marbled rye. Served with Carolina slaw and warm baby potato salad.
Mashed Potato Bar
Yukon Gold potato mousseline, smashed blue potatoes and mashed yams.   Served with smoked bacon, sour cream, cheddar cheese, chopped scallions, spinach, asparagus tips and truffled wild mushrooms. Presented in martini glasses.
Risotto
Risotto made to order with assorted accompaniments including chicken, shrimp, prosciutto, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, artichoke hearts and spinach and finished with aged parmesan cheese.  Served with assorted foccacia.
